Ingredients
3 | avocados, peeled, chopped |
80 ml | lemon juice |
4 head(s) | garlic, peeled, roasted |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
½ tbsp | oregano, choped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
To roast garlic put cloves in a square of foil and drizzle with 1 tsp. of olive oil. Seal foil and bake at 200°C until garlic is very soft but not brown. Gently squeeze cloves from skin.Mash avocado.
Combine remaining ingredients with the mashed avocado and chill 1 hour.
Serve with fried vegetables, chicken wings or use as a topping for grilled meat, poultry, fish or egg dishes.
