Instructions
Mix lemon juice with eggs very well, warm up over low heat and stir well until the sauce thickens, slowly add the vegetable stock while whisking. Do not allow the sauce to cook. Add salt, pepper, and some more lemon juice, up to your taste.Tastes good with fish, but also with vegetables. If you like, garnish with some mint.
