Autumn Apple Bundt recipe

- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup prepared orange juice (or water)
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced in nickel- to quarter-size pieces
- Cinnamon and sugar mix
Instructions:
Put all ingredients except apple and cinnamon/sugar mix) in mixing bowl. Beat 10 minutes, no less. Stir cinnamon mixture and apples together. Pour 1/3 batter into a greased bundt/tube pan. Top with 1/3 apples. Repeat twice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
