Ingredients
225 g | butter |
3 tbsp | icing sugar |
280 g | plain flour |
1 tbsp | cocoa powder |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.Sieve the flour and the cocoa into a bowl.
Whisk the butter with the icing sugar until creamy. Add the flour mixture. Whisk with a wire whisk until the dough is smooth and soft.
Spread the dough onto a greased baking tin. Pierce with a fork to make the typical pattern. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes (maybe less). Cut into fingers whilst still warm and allow to cool in the tin.
