Atwood inn breakfast pudding recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups granola
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1-1/2 cups fruit in season (blueberries, raspberries, apples)
Grease 6 individual baking dishes with buttermilk Crisco shortening. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and maple syrup together. Ladle into 6 individual baking dishes. Add 1/4 cup granola and 1/4 cup fruit to each baking dish. Stir gently. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until set. Serve warm with cream.
