Asparagus with mushrooms and potato mash recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | green asparagus, trimmed, washed |
350 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 pack(s) | instant mashed potato |
vegetables broth | |
olive oil |
Instructions
Cook asparagus until tender. Drain.Sauté mushrooms in oil in a large frying pan. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, covered, 20-25 minutes.
Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to instructions.
On a plate arrange the asparagus, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and serve.
