Ingredients

500 g	green asparagus, trimmed, washed
350 g	mushrooms, sliced
1 pack(s)	instant mashed potato
	vegetables broth
	olive oil

Instructions

Cook asparagus until tender. Drain.

Sauté mushrooms in oil in a large frying pan. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, covered, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to instructions.

On a plate arrange the asparagus, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and serve.
