Asparagus with hazelnut oil recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | thisn white asparagus |
4 tbsp | hazelnut oil |
juice of 1 lemon | |
4 tbsp | hazelnuts, toasted and chopped |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Cut off tough ends and rinse under cool water.Steam until still slightly crisp for about 5 minutes.
Toss in hazelnut oil and sprinkle with lemon, salt, and pepper to taste.
Garnish with grated hazelnuts and Parmesan cheese.
