Asparagus Vinaigrette recipe
- Ingredients
- 50 spears of asparagus
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steam asparagus about 10 minutes until crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients and use as dressing of asparagus.
