Asparagus salsa recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | green asparagus, woody ends removed |
100 g | pine nuts |
1 glass(es) | olive oil |
20 leaves | basil |
½ tsp | wine vinegar |
salt |
Instructions
Cook the asparagus in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.Transfer the cooked asparagus, pine nuts, oil and basil into a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and wine vinegar.
Serve with pasta or fresh bread.
