Asparagus and tomato salad recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | asparagus |
400 g | cherry tomatoes |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | salt |
1 pinch(es) | sugar |

Instructions
Prepare the Macadamia dressing.Peel asparagus and cut into small pieces about 4cm long. Cook in boiling water together with salt, sugar and butter for about 7 minutes or until al dente. Drain and allow to cool a little. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and mix with asparagus.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
