Asparagus and shrimp recipe details
IngredientsPeeled and deveined,
raw shrimp (20 large),
thinly sliced carrot (1),
olive oil (for drizzling),
thinly sliced, celery heart (1),
white wine vinegar (2tbsp),
asparagus, spears trimmed (1 3/4pounds),
salt and pepper,
strained juice of (1/2lemon)
Method of preparation
Take a pan, boil the salted water in it and then add vinegar in it.
Blanch the shrimp in it for about 2 minutes and then drain it.
Take asparagus, make the bunch of it and cook it in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes and then drain it. Keep it to cool.
Take a serving bowl, put the celery and carrot in it.
Add asparagus and shrimp on the top of celery.
Add olive oil and season it with salt and pepper.
Squeeze the lemon juice on the top and then mix it well and then serve it.
