|16 stalks||asparagus, cleaned and trimmed|
|2 tbsp||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|some||salt and pepper, to taste|
InstructionsPreheat oven to 200°C.
Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain.
Melt butter in ovenproof pan. Add asparagus and saute for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, add salt and pepper, and bake for 2 minutes.
Transfer to broiler and grill for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
