Asian chicken breast in spicy vegetable sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | chicken breast |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tsp | China condiment |
some | ginger |
2 | paprika peppers, red |
2 | leeks |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
1 | onion |
1 tsp | curry paste, red |
600 ml | soup |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
1 tbsp | water |
3 tbsp | sesame oil |
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast.Make a marinade with the soy sauce, ginger and 1 tsp of china condiment. Place the chicken in the marinade and leave to marinate for 2 hours in fridge.
Warm sesame oil in the wok and sear the chicken with marinade, then remove it from the wok.
Cut paprika peppers, leeks, onion and garlic. Gently roast the vegetable in the wok, mix it with soup and curry paste, deglaze with some soy sauce.
Season with china condiment, salt and pepper. Place the chicken in the wok, add the vegetables and cook for 15-20 minutes. T
Combine the cornstarch with water and cook until sauce thickens. Serve it with rice.
