Asia style spinach salad recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | fresh spinach |
1 tbsp | sesame seed, roasted |
1 tbsp | tahini (sesame paste) |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tsp | sugar |
1 tsp | vinegar or Mirin |
some | salt |
Instructions
Blanch the fresh spinach in salted water, then chill and drain. Mix together the sesame seed, sesame paste, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Stir in the spinach and mix well.Serve with sushi or spring rolls!
