Asia style roast duck breasts recipe details
|2 g||duck breasts|
|8 tbsp||soy sauce|
|1||red chili pepper, sliced|
|4 tbsp||sesame oil|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|3 tbsp||dry white wine|
|2 tbsp||sesame seeds|
InstructionsMix 6 tablespoons of the soy sauce with the wine and ˝ tablespoon of pepper. Turn the duck breast in the marinade and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the duck breasts skin side up into a casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Brush the duck breasts with the marinade several times while baking.
In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the shallots until lucent. Stir in the chili and the sesame seeds and cook for a minute. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the water. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Cut the duck breasts into slices and serve with the sauce.
