Asia style noodles with ginger and chili recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | Chinese noodles |
1 | red chili pepper, seeded and chopped |
light soy sauce, to taste | |
fish sauce, to taste | |
50 g | pickled ginger, chopped |
100 g | Thai basil, chopped |
50 g | macadamia nuts, chopped |
vegetable oil |
Instructions
Cook the noodles until just tender.Roast the macadamia nuts in a pan with hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the chili, basil and ginger.
Drain the noodles and combine with the nut sauce. Season to taste with light soy sauce and fish sauce.
