Ingredients
300 g | leftover saffron/lemon risotto |
1 | mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes |
70 g | breadcrumbs, dried |
1 liter(s) | oil for deep frying |
Instructions
Form small balls in the size of a walnut.Press a hole in the middle with your finger and put a small piece of the cheese inside.
Press the risotto back around the cheese to form it back into a ball.
Roll the balls in the breadcrumbs and deep fry at 180°C for about 3 minutes or until they are golden brown.
