Apricot squares recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-1/2 cups quick rolled oats
- One 10-ounce jar apricot jam
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix butter and sugar together, then mix in all other ingredients except jam. Spread half of mixture in pan. Top with jam, then sprinkle remaining mixture on top and pat lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
