Apricot smoothie recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | cottage cheese |
3 tbsp | plain yoghurt |
2 tsp | honey |
185 g | apricot nectar |
6 | ice cubes |
Instructions
Put cottage cheese, honey and yoghurt in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth.Gradually add apricot nectar and blend until combined.
Add ice-cubes, blend one further minute.
