Apricot sausage compote recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound sausage meat (turkey can be used)
- 1 can apricot halves
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Fry sausage until well done. (If using turkey, brown lightly and then add a little water and simmer for about 15 minutes.) Add apricots along with the juice they are canned with. Add the sugar. Heat.
Serve over Pannukakku (Finnish Pancakes).
