Apricot sauce for chicken recipe details

240 ml | apricot nectar |
1 ½ bottle(s) | cornstarch |
2 tbsp | apple brandy |
6 | dried apricots, chopped |
Instructions
Combine chicken broth, apricot nectar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook, stirring, until thickened.Add brandy and chopped apricots, cook 2 minutes more.
Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley.
