Apricot crisp recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | apricots, halved |
50 g | white sugar |
150 g | brown sugar |
50 g | flour |
100 g | butter, unsalted |
60 g | rolled oats |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Arrange the apricot halves in a 9x12inch/22x30cm baking dish and sprinkle with white sugar.
Mix together brown sugar and flour in a bowl, add the butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the rolled oats and spoon the mixture over the apricots.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
