Apricot and almond sweets recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | milk powder |
80 g | ground almonds |
80 g | dried apricots, finely diced |
100 g | brown sugar |
250 g | soft butter |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
some | coconut flakes |
some | chopped pistachios |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the milk powder, almonds, apricots, sugar, butter and vanilla sugar. Knead well.Form little balls. Arrange the balls on a plate and allow to chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Roll the balls in coconut flakes or chopped pistachios and serve.
