|500 ml||apple juice|
|3||apple tea bags|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
Melt sugar in a pot until caramelized and golden. Dip one side of each cinnamon stick into the caramel and set aside.
Boil water and add the tea for about 5 minutes. Add apple juice and cloves.
Simmer the mixture over medium heat and add lemon juice and honey. Pout into glasses while still hot and place one cinnamon-caramel stick in each glass.
