Ingredients
500 ml | apple juice |
100 g | sugar |
3 | apple tea bags |
3 | cloves |
4 | cinnamon sticks |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
4 tbsp | honey |
500 ml | water |
Instructions
Melt sugar in a pot until caramelized and golden. Dip one side of each cinnamon stick into the caramel and set aside.Boil water and add the tea for about 5 minutes. Add apple juice and cloves.
Simmer the mixture over medium heat and add lemon juice and honey. Pout into glasses while still hot and place one cinnamon-caramel stick in each glass.
