Apple Pudding recipe
Ingredients
100 g | flour |
200 g | sugar |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1 medium | egg |
4 | baking apples, peeled, cored, cut into chunks |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
2 tbsp | granulated sugar |
60 g | butter |
2 tbsp | water |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Beat egg and add to flour mixture then beat well again.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Spread apples evenly in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and pour flour mixture over the top. Dot top with small pieces of butter. Sprinkle water over top of mixture.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until top is crisp and apples are soft.
