Apple pie pancakes recipe

- Two (9 inch) pie crusts
- 1 can (20 ounces) apple slices (not filling)
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
Microwave apple slices for 5 minutes, (if firm 7 to 8 minutes). Divide apples slices, cheese, sugar, and cinnamon equally between pie crusts in order given.
Whisk together well, flour, milk, eggs and pour over pies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until filling is set and golden brown. Will be puffy but will deflate after coming out of oven. Serve with syrup.
