Apple mousse recipe details
Ingredients
4 large | apples, peeled, cored, sliced |
300 ml | water |
150 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tsp | cornstarch |
Instructions
Place apples in a large saucepan. Add the water water and the sugar. Cook until the apples are very soft.Sprinkle in the cornstarch, stirring and beating to avoid lumps. Stir in the lemon juice.
Set aside and allow to cool. Place in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate.
