Apple filling recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | apples, diced |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
60 g | sugar |
3 tbsp | cornstarch |
½ tsp | nutmeg, ground |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
240 ml | apple juice or water |
Instructions
Place apples in saucepan and pour over lemon juice.Mix together sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and cinnamon and then add to apples. Mix well.
Microwave juice or water for 2 minutes and then add to pan. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and cool.
