Apple cinnamon pancakes recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 apple – peeled, cored, and grated
In a large bowl, mix together soda, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix eggs, buttermilk, sour cream, and butter. Add to flour mixture and stir just until flour is moistened. Stir in grated apple. Place large spoonfuls onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook, turning once, until golden brown.
