Apple bread recipe details
Ingredients
240 ml | olive oil |
3 medium | eggs |
260 g | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla |
500 g | apples, peeled, cored, diced |
300 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
Instructions
In one bowl combine the oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.In another bowl sift together the flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt.
Combine both mixtures and add apples.
Preheat oven to 150°C and bake in 2 loaf pans 70-90 minutes. Check with a knife or toothpick to see whether it comes out clean when inserted. Cool 10 minutes in the pan.
