Annette's sugar cookies recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 Tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla
Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In separate bowl, beat butter, shortening, and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla to butter and beat well. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
