Ingredients
8 large | brown mushrooms, caps only |
3 tbsp | butter. melted |
8 slice(s) | toast, cut into rounds and buttered |
8 | anchovy fillets |
50 ml | sour cream |
parsley |
Instructions
Brush the mushrooms on both sides with the melted butter, place them on a grilling pan and grill until tender.Chop the anchovy fillets finely and combine them with the sour cream and a bit of chopped parsley.
