Anaheim fish tacos recipe details
Ingredients1. Halibut fillets (1 1/2pound)
2. chopped Anaheim chile pepper (1)
3. vegetable oil (1tsp)
4. chooped leek (1)
5. ground cumin (1/2tsp)
6. diced tomatoes (2large)
7. chicken broth (1c)
8. salt and pepper (to taste)
9. crushed garlic (2cloves)
10. corn tortillas (12)
11. lime juice (1)
Method of preparation
1. Take a large frying pan, heat oil in it over medium heat. Saute, leek, chile pepper and garlic until they get tender. Season them with salt and pepper.
2. Mix the tomatoes and then chicken broth in the pan. Mix them properly and then add cumin and keep them to boil. Now reduce the heat to low.
3. Place the fish in the mixture. Squeeze the lime juice. Cook it for about 15 to 20 minutes the fish gets cooked or easily flakes with fork. Wrap it in warm corn tortilla to serve it.
