• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup cooked, peeled shrimp
• 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste)

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins

1. Combine cheese, celery, lemon juice, and mayo in a food processor or blender and pulse for 30 seconds. Then stir in shrimp and hot sauce and pulse for 5 seconds more.
