Ingredients
2 | egg whites |
100 g | sugar |
1 tsp | almond oil |
100 g | ground peeled almonds |
100 g | ground unpeeled almonds |
100 g | icing sugar |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar by and by. Add the almond extract. Mix all ground almonds with the powdered sugar and fold the mixture in the beaten egg white.
Fill the mixture into an icing bag with a large round nozzle. Pipe heaps the size of hazelnuts onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the middle rack of the oven until golden brown for about 15 minutes.
