Ingredients
800 g | firm potatoes |
some | oil for frying |
1 tbsp | grated ginger |
3 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 tsp | cumin seeds |
1 tsp | ground cumin |
½ tsp | chili powder |
1 tsp | turmeric |
½ tsp | Chaat Masala |
1 tsp | sea salt |
½ tsp | black pepper |
Instructions
Peel and boil the potatoes, then cut them into big cubes.Pour some oil into a flat pan and fry the garlic, ginger and the cumin seeds.
Add the potatoes and all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Fry until potatoes are golden brown.
