Aloo Chaat recipe

|800 g||firm potatoes|
|some||oil for frying|
|1 tbsp||grated ginger|
|3 clove(s)||garlic, chopped|
|1 tsp||cumin seeds|
|1 tsp||ground cumin|
|½ tsp||chili powder|
|½ tsp||Chaat Masala|
|1 tsp||sea salt|
|½ tsp||black pepper|
Peel and boil the potatoes, then cut them into big cubes.
Pour some oil into a flat pan and fry the garlic, ginger and the cumin seeds.
Add the potatoes and all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Fry until potatoes are golden brown.
