Almond toffee candies recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | almonds, chopped |
150 g | sugar |
175 g | salted butter |
125 | whipping cream |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Toast the almonds in a dry pan until golden. Take out of the pan and set aside.Caramelize the sugar in the pan. Deglaze with the cream and add butter and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Fold in the almonds.
Fill the mixture into a loaf pan, lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Turn over the toffee onto another parchment paper and cut into pieces, the size of your choice.
