Ingredients
350 g | sugar |
120 g | butter |
90 g | shortening |
5 large | eggs |
¼ tsp | salt |
300 g | flour |
240 ml | evaporated milk |
4 tsp | almond extract |
Instructions
Combine sugar and shortening and mix. Add eggs and mix again. Add remaining ingredients, mix, and pour into a very lightly greased pan.Put into cold oven and set temperature to 170°C. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
