Ingredients
1. Evaporated milk (1c)
2. fruit cocktail with syrup (1can about 15 ounces)
3. granulated sugar (4tbsp)
4. unflavored gelatin, such as Knox (1envelope)
5. boiling water (1c)
6. cold water (1c)
7. almond extract (2tsp or as desired)

Method of preparation
1. Take a bowl of medium size. Add gelatin and sugar in it; stir it to mix them properly. Then pour the boiling water over this mixture and mix it until it gets completely dissolved. Add evaporated milk, almond extract and cold water in it and mix it well.

2. Take a bowl or serving mold, pour the gelatin mixture in it and then place the bowl or mold in the refrigerator until they get chill. When it gets chilled then cut the gelatin into diamond or 1 inch squares. Serve it with canned fruit and the syrup of the can. Keep it in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
