Ingredients
80 g | butter |
80 g | flaked almonds |
6 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in almonds and the honey and cook over a medium heat. Keep stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes, until the mixture is golden brown.Spread the mixture into a greased 20 cm square tin and cut into squares.
Leave to cool, chill in the fridge and then store in a covered container.
