Ingredients
| 3 | egg yolk |
| 3 tsp | sugar |
| 500 ml | ale |
| 25 ml | whisky |
| 1 pinch(es) | nutmeg, freshly grounded |
Instructions
Stir egg yolk and sugar in a little bowl until creamy. Pour remaining ingredients into a little pot and heat up but do not boil, add egg cream slowly while stirring.Pour into mugs or fireproof glasses and serve immediately.
