Ingredients
5 clove(s) | garlic |
1 | egg(s) |
230 ml | olive oil |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Crush the garlic in a food blender or use a garlic press. Add the egg into the blender, and blend for 15 seconds. Very slowly add the oil so that the Aioli sauce becomes smooth. Take out the sauce and in a seperate bowl stir in the lemon juice by hand.
