Advent Curd Cheese Dessert recipe

|500 g||curd cheese|
|5||chocolate gingerbread, finely chopped|
|3 tbsp||redcurrant jam|
|1 tsp||cinnamon powder|
|1 tsp||brown sugar|
MMelt the chocolate in a double boiler or over a water bath.
Use a hand blender to mix the curd cheese with melted chocolate and redcurrant jam until well combined. Season with cinnamon, salt and pepper. Fold in the chocolate gingerbread and sweeten with brown sugar.
Serve in a bowl, decorated with chocolate flakes.
