Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Cinnamon (to taste)
2 cups apple cider or juice
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup butter
Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cider/juice, and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter.

Serve with Apple Crisp Pancake.
