This is great on T-bones or even chuck steaks. I find it works best medium-rare. Top with mushrooms done in garlic butter. Enjoy!
Ready in: 2 hours 35 mins

Ingredients

Makes: 4 steaks
  • 2 (12 ounce) bottles Moosehead beer
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning

Preparation method

Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating

1. Let steaks marinade 2 to 24 hours in the first four ingredients. The longer it marinades the better.
2. When you are ready to grill, take out of marinade and coat both sides with Montreal steak seasoning and grill to desired doneness.
