Bring the ingredients to work and make this easy wrap there–you don’t need a stove or a microwave. (Although if you do heat up the turkey a bit, it sure won’t hurt.)

Ingredients

Serves: 2
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins

1. Spread mustard on tortillas. Then arrange avocado, turkey, and red pepper on top of each tortilla.
2. Roll up and slice to serve.
