Ingredients

For the meatballs:
3 medium potatoes, floury variety, cooked
450 g beef mince
2  onions, chopped
salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 bunch(es) parsley, chopped
60 g sour cream
For the sauce:
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp tomato puree
200 ml beef stock
75 g sour cream
salt and pepper

Instructions

In a bowl, mash the potatoes and add the minced meat, onions, parsley and sour cream. Knead until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Form balls.

In a pan heat the oil and fry the meat balls until golden brown all around. Remove from the pan.

For the sauce:
Heat the tablespoon of oil in the pan and cook stirring the tomato purée for a minute. Deglaze with the stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the sauce with the meatballs.
