Ingredients

4  ripe bananas
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp dark brown soft sugar
180 g plain yoghurt
1 tbsp toasted almonds

Instructions

Peel and slice one banana and with a fork mash the other three.

Dissolve the coffee in hot water and then stir into the mashed bananas.

Spoon a little of the mashed banana mixture into four serving dishes and sprinkle with sugar. Top with a spoonful of yogurt, then repeat until all the ingredients are used up. To get a marbled effect swirl the last layer of yogurt.

For decoration finish with a few banana slices and slivered almonds.

Using a martini glass as a serving dish makes this dessert really stand out.
