60 g | breadcrumbs |
2 | eggs |
200 g | grated cheese |
6 tbsp | single cream |
60 g | butter |
4 slice(s) | toast |
salt and pepper | |
cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Whisk the eggs. Stir in the breadcrumbs, cheese and single cream. In a small saucepan, heat the butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over low heat until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Spread butter onto the toasts and cover with the egg mixture. Dust with a small pinch of cayenne pepper.
