Ingredients

500 g chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sake
pepper
vegetable oil
3 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder), alternatively paprika powder
½  nashi (Asian pear), chopped
½  onion, chopped
3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the meat with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, the sake and some pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix the Gochugaru with Nashi, onion, garlic, 4 tablespoons of the soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, the mustard and the sesame oil. Mash until smooth.

In a wok brown the meat, then mix with the puree. Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry the mixture for 3-4 minutes.

Serve with rice.
